- How do I track my order status?
To check the status of your order, including processing and shipping updates, click here. You can check your order status by entering your order number.
- How do I return or exchange an item?
We are happy to offer free online returns for orders placed on sportslinque.com within 30 days of purchase after you receive items. You may return your item in their original, unused condition for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. More details in refund policy.

- What types of payment are accepted?
We accept payment by PayPal.
- What if I have a defective or damaged item?
We offer a free exchange within 3 months and a repair service within 2 years after you receive items.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at vanbron@hotmail.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- Where can I find my order?
You can check your order by following these steps.
First, Make sure you are logged in as a sportslinque member, you can click "My Account" at the top of the sportslinque.com home page to enter your login status.
After successful login, you can enter the order page.
- Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?
Yes. Login sportslinque.com account and enter your order then you can change or cancel it. You could contact us via vanbron@hotmail.com.
Also note that due to the immediate nature of order processing, your order does not support changes after it is generated, such as changes to product size, color, shipping address, quantity, and other information.
- How long will it take to receive my purchase?
All of our items are shipped from the United States and you will receive it within 5-7 business days after it is shipped.
